Alex Teplitskiy, CFA
Alex has 20 years of deal advisory and investments experience.
Previously, he was with RP Capital Group, a UK-headquartered alternative investment fund. Alex also served as a CFO of the fund’s portfolio company, an agricultural group with 150,000+ ha and 1,000+ FTE. Before that, he was with the M&A Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
Since 2004 Alex lectures on M&A and corporate finance. He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor in Finance.
Evgeniy Rumyantsev, PhD
Evgeny Rumyantsev has 18 years of private equity and investment banking experience.
Previously he worked in RDIF (sovereign private equity fund with $10 billion AUM), where he was responsible for sourcing, executing, and structuring private equity investments across various sectors.
Before RDIF Evgeny worked for more than 9 years in investment banking firms - Advance Capital and Aquila Capital Group - managing buy/sell-side and capital raising transactions with a focus on FMCG, Real Estate, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, Media & IT in Emerging Markets. Evgeny has a track record of 15+ closed M&A and capital raising transactions, including for early-stage companies.
Evgeny started his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the audit and corporate finance advisory departments.
Evgeny received a Master's degree in Finance and PhD in Economics.
Peter Prabhu, CA, CPA
Peter is an entrepreneur and finance professional. From 2008 — a partner in Interstice Consulting, an international boutique advisory firm with offices in Asia and CEE. Prior to that, Peter was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
Before that, he worked at JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and Citigroup.
$2+ billion of closed debt, equity, and project finance transactions under Peter’s supervision.
25+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years in the Russian market. He founded and consulted startups in Singapore, Australia, Canada, and the US.
Peter is a graduate of McGill University (BCom in Finance and Accounting) and the University of Cambridge (MPhil in Management Studies) and is also a certified public accountant in Canada and the US.
Valery Antonov
Valery has extensive public and private sector experience. In the public sector, Valery served as Head of the Investment Policy Department at the Ministry of Transport, General Director of Avtodor PD Toll Systems (State-owned toll road operator), and as General Director of Avtodor Invest.
In the private sector, Valery worked as Director of Raiffeisen Investment; Director & Head of Corporate Finance at Gamma Capital; Head of Saint Petersburg's office of Agency for Direct Investment; and as a Senior Manager of Project Finance Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
Valery graduated with honors from Saint Petersburg University of Economics and Finance, and studied at the University of Uppsala, Stockholm University (Sweden), and Brunel University (United Kingdom).
Carl Lundh
Carl is a general partner at Segovia Capital, a Swedish private equity fund; board member of Awab Holdings, a Saudi Arabian investment group; and an investment advisor to family offices in the GCC region.
In 2013 Carl cofounded vChain AB, is supply chain control-tower solution that provides SaaS and consultancy services to leading global corporations. The company serves clients in 37 countries through offices in Sweden, UAE, USA, and the Philippines. Until 2015, Carl served as CEO, taking a business development role afterward.
Carl graduated from the University of Lund Sweden (Commercial, Constitutional and Administrative Law) and GIHE in Switzerland (Finance and Management).
